(1986) Mr. Charlie Q.
Yang (known as Yang Qing in 1986), Assistant General Manager of Shanghai
Computer Development Corporation, became the first employee of Wang
Laboratories in China. After three years of hardworking and preparation,
Mr. Yang sold the first Wang VS-15 mini-computer and first Wang PC in China. Wang
Laboratories became the first Fortune 500 U.S. corporation set up a joint
venture manufacturing plant in Shanghai.
One year later, Mr. Yang resigned from Wang, immigrated to Canada, and
foresaw the fall of Wang era due to strategic missteps.

(1993) Dr. Charlie Q.
Yang was with his Ph. D. Supervisor at University
of Victoria, Dr. Vijay K. Bhargava, IEEE Fellow, former Vice President of IEEE,
now Chairman of Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at University of British Columbia. Dr. Charlie Q.
Yang was the recipient of Governor
General's Gold Medal for the year 1994.

(1997) Dr. Charlie Q.
Yang (right), as a member of senior management team at Hughes, welcomed
Chinese President Jiang Zemin visiting Hughes
Electronics in Los Angeles.

(1998) Dr. Charlie Q.
Yang was with Mr. Hou Weigui
and Mr. Yin Yimin, President and Vice President
(President and CEO since 2004) of ZTE Corporation, China's
largest listed telecommunications equipment provider. In 1998, Dr. Charlie
Q. Yang was appointed as the president of ZTE subsidiary in U.S.A. and
Vice President of ZTE Corporation.

Yang with John F. Smith, Chairman of General Motors (GM), and Michael
Smith, Chairman and CEO of Hughes Electronics, welcomed Chinese visitors to
GM.

(1999) Dr. Charlie Q.
Yang, featured by China Electronics Enterprise magazine, worked for Datang Telecom Group as President and CEO of its
subsidiary (Beijing Xinwei Telecom Technology)
in developing 3G wireless standards (SCDMA and TD-SCDMA). He was
recognized as a Foreign Expert by the Chinese State Bureau of Foreign
Experts.

(1999) Dr. Charlie Q.
Yang was with Professor Chang-Lin Tien (1935-2002),
former Chancellor of the University of California, Berkeley (1990-1997),
and Peter Liu, Chairman of WI Harper Group in an international conference
held in Beijing.

(2000) Dr. Charlie Q.
Yang, as COO and CEO of the Hartcourt Companies,
held an investor press conference in Hong Kong.

(2001) Dr. Charlie Q.
Yang, with Mr. Wang Guangying, Vice-Chairman of
the 9th NPC Standing Committee, Honorary Chairman of the Everbright Group, sponsored 2001 China Conference of
High-tech Industry Development and Finance in Beijing.

(2002) Dr. Charlie Q.
Yang visited UNIDO headquarter in Vienna to
promote COMFAR III software in Asia for
large project financing and feasibility study.

(2002) Dr. Charlie Q.
Yang was with Mr. Robert C. Rosen, the General Editor of International
Securities Regulation (6 Volumes), an Arbitrator with the New York
Stock Exchange and NASD Regulation, and a former member of the staff of the
U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C.

(2003) Dr. Charlie Q.
Yang, interviewed by China New Capital magazine, predicted the new trend of
Chinese companies going abroad for IPO and reverse
merger listing. He also provided services to several Chinese companies
successfully listed in the U.S.
stock markets through reverse merger, including American Dairy (NYSE: ADY)
and China Automotive Systems (NASDAQ: CAAS).

(2004 - 2006) Dr.
Charlie Q. Yang, featured at ETTV
America's Wednesday prime time "Financial News" programs,
provided weekly commentaries on U.S. and international markets.

(2006 - 2007) Dr.
Charlie Q. Yang, as guest host at Phoenix Satellite TV's
prime time "Everyday
Topic" shows, answered Chinese investors' live call-in questions
from United States and Canada.

(2007 - 2010) Dr. Charlie
Q. Yang, Vice President - Financial Consultant of Charles Schwab, gave his
weekly financial commentary and market outlook on TV channel 18 (www.la18.tv),
the leading Asian language television station in the United States.

(2003 - 2011) Dr.
Charlie Q. Yang, a 3-time Chairman's Club winner, was with Mr. Charles
Schwab, founder of Charles Schwab Corporation, at 2006 Chairman's Club
event in Maui, Hawaii.
